6 month update.

When I took the proverbial leap of faith into entrepreneurship 6 months ago, I thought I was crazy.
Now I know that I am.
I have been told many times that "When you own your own company, you'll never work harder. Or enjoy it more."
This is a true statement.
Our company has had a great start. Many people who have encouraged me to open shop have been loyal and have honored their word in following through by giving me much needed support. I am grateful for you all.
I have recently discovered how important fostering and nurturing these delicate relationships can be. Business is a tough piece of meat. You have to constantly prove that your service or product is comparable or even better than the competition. Identifying strengths and weaknesses is imperative. I feel as though my customers are not telling me what's not working in this system, for fear of stepping on my toes. It is my hope that they will share their thoughts and concerns about how I can improve my method.
This brings to mind another bit of fortune cookie wisdom.
"You will never hear of the good deeds. Only the bad ones."
Since I have yet to hear any negative remarks, reviews, or otherwise I can only assume that we are doing good work for a reasonable price and provide a valuable service.
Thanks to all of our supporters. You know who you are.
