Growing Pains...

There is a bit of fortune cookie wisdom that I hold firm in my mind-soil.

It goes like this:

"The only constant is change. Either growth or decay."

As our business is growing and expanding, I find myself growing as well.

As with all change, some of it is uncomfortable, which is the reason for this post.

With some encouragement from a number of our best customers, I have decided to increase the value of our services and raise our prices a few pennies per square foot. I have been told that the services and products that I provide is worth more to my customers than I had previously believed. (Flattering, really).

Our slogan is "Never compromise quality", and I want to remain steadfast in my commitment to my customers. I feel that they deserve to be well taken care of, and I enjoy playing a small part in the course of their own businesses and lives.
